We are grateful for everyone's participation in "Curriculum Craze" last week! Reading Horizons is excited about it's new materials and we're glad to hear the input about the updated materials from users and potential users. I like how the manual will now coincide with the software program. As an online school, the manual will now work well to help us supplement the online curriculum, and support students in an additional way.
The condensed manual will be handy for our online program as currently we are using the online software. It will give the teachers a quick guide to see an overview of skills taught. Also, it will help the SPED teacher work with students on skills currently taught in the online software.
Super! Leveled high interest books are just what is needed for student to take the skills they have learned in the online software and immediately put them to use practicing their reading skills. I also like how the levels range from 1-12, so we can even use them with our older struggling readers.
